Mentorship Enrollment Agreement

1. What this program is about (what is coaching and what is not):

This program is designed to make you a better coach through educational content, philosophy, strategy, and accountability. We will not be making decisions for you or doing your research, but ensuring that you are making all of the proper decisions, staying accountable to your rules and philosophy, and helping you spot weakness in your practice/ business. This program was not designed to passively give every bit of information, but train you to think differently and be resourceful to find the information that will enable you to be the best coach you want to be.

2. Our coaching and mindset philosophy:

Good things do truly take time. It can be easy to get caught up with the facade of being an overnight success, but for most people, this never happens. Actually, the complete opposite. For example, a majority of people who get into owning a fitness business lose money at times. Our philosophy is studying the principles first then learning how everything else falls in between. Every coaching session you make should be based on principles, backed by strategy, and a plan to use techniques that best fit the client in front of you. We are going to teach you how to do all of that and instill accountability, repetition, and confidence into your coaching practice/ business.

4. The role of Gymnazo EDU Mentors:

Our role is to help you become a better coach and/or owner. Our job is not to give you all the information out there, but to show you how to obtain, retain, and deploy it in an efficient and profitable manner. We are preparing you for your long journey ahead as a coach and/or owner.

5. What we expect out of you during the Mentorship:

So what do we expect from you? You have made this huge investment into yourself, so we expect you to put your money where your mouth is. You came here for a reason and it’s your responsibility to put 100% into this to make sure you get your money's worth. Do what you say you are going to do. Stay true to yourself. Put the work in and you will see the results.

6. Refund Policy:

At Gymnazo, we stand behind our programs and services. We want every client to be a satisfied client. Our Multi-Dimensional Movement  programs are designed to help you take your coaching to the next level. You may participate in our mentorship programs for the first 21 days risk-free. If you follow the program and don’t feel the value, then we’ll happily refund the money you’ve paid us upon request before 12:00 pm on the 21st day. All purchases are final after the 21st day and no refunds are provided regardless of whether the client has logged in to view the content.
