You Have to Feel It to Know It
In this 2-Day workshop, we will be taking an application-based approach to teach you the foundations of multidimensional movement and how to integrate it into your programming. It is our core belief that you need to FEEL it to KNOW it, so we will be doing A LOT of moving as we explore the full potential of our sphere of movement.
We will be covering topics such as:
Chain Reaction Biomechanics®
Functional Training
Programming Progressions
Corrective Exercise Modifications
Isolated vs. Integrated Movements
Programming Structure and Nomenclature
Mobility Training
Soft Tissue Strategies and Techniques
What Coaches Are Saying:
Rebecca
“My biggest takeaway this weekend besides just the many options of ways that we can move is that it's really important to have a systematized approach to how you approach your clients and their programming and their functionality, so that you can really make the most out of their sessions and keep them with you forever.”
Ryan
“We're leaving an experience that is going to be life-changing. We're going to look at our businesses through a new lens, the people we've met here and the information and knowledge we're taking away is truly transformational and I'm really thankful. It was a lot of fun!”
Devin
“Break the mold of fitness. We have this rigid idea of how we need to train things, both with athletes and our general population and this [workshop] just taught me that movement is pretty much anything you can imagine. And if you're paying attention to the principles and going back to those, the world is your oyster and the world is a playground”

CJ Kobliska
Gymnazo's resident Movement Explorer, CJ has been a Movement Practitioner and the Director of Programming at Gymnazo since 2014. In college, he fell in love with the art of movement and started diving deeper into the experience of motion--shifting intent from building muscle through traditional strength protocols to exploring the depths of what it felt like to move through emotions, thoughts, and spirals. His work with Gymnazo EDU aims to revolutionize the ways we coach, train, and connect with our community.
Kaleena Ruskin
Since joining Team Gymnazo in 2014, Kaleena has combined her passions for performance training and problem solving movement-related pains to help countless clients get out of movement dysfunction and become better athletes.
