 What is MDMW?

The Multidimensional Movement Workshop is a 2-day, hands-on training designed to empower fitness professionals to serve effective, functional training programs to their communities

Why did we create this workshop?

We are passionate about helping trainers master the art of organizing functional training skills, tools, & techniques to reduce injury risk, enhance performance, and improve quality of life.

What science is the MDMW founded on?

We serve as a broker of education, bringing together science-backed principles of functional training. By combining physical therapeutics with fitness training, we integrate Applied Functional Science® from the Gray Institute®, physics, biomechanics, and innovative methodologies such as WeckMethod, RMT®, Landmine University, Steel Mace, and more. Conjointly, we draw our programming reccomendations from the success (and learned failures) of our 7-figure training facility to intentionally progress functional training programs and deliver impactful results.

Feeling Skeptical?

We get it! Some of our best students (and staff) were unsure of our philosophies at first, we know our approach does challenge traditional rules of training.. which is why we encourage questions and have ample time for discussion! Come with an open mind and a heart to learn and you will walk away with something that is meant for you!

You Have to Feel it, to Know it

We take an application-based approach when we teach, meaning you're gonna be moving your body A LOT!

It is our core belief that you need to experience the diverse ranges of movement potential to be able to implement all that multidimensional movement has to offer. Wear workout clothes and get ready to experience the 3 dimensional difference with a variety of innovative functional tools

What Attendees Are Saying

Jimmy T.

Personal Trainer / Soccer Coach

"My biggest takeaway is learning how connected the whole body is—something that I hadn’t previously learned in any of the courses I’ve taken. A lot of trainers that you see focus on individual body parts instead of realizing that the whole body works together as one... and realizing that has been mind-blowing! I’ll tell other trainers to do it and just absorb as much information as you can. I had a great time. I wasn’t just learning; it’s a lot of fun. You get to connect and meet new people—that was my favorite part. You get to have a good time."

Melanie

Fitness & Wellness Coach

"I'm so inspired. For the first time, I'm really excited to start programming in a much more strategic way. Before, it was more like, 'I’ve got to get this done, and I’m going to be creative, but I just want to finish this,' versus really sitting down, being strategic, and understanding why I’m programming in a certain way. I’m excited to implement that into my sessions. The value of this workshop is incredible.

I feel like this workshop is worth so much more than the dollar amount I paid. The community is amazing, and the coaches are supportive. There’s stuff I already knew, but we expanded so much upon that. What I would say to a trainer is if you can get here, get here!"

Devin B.

Personal Trainer

"The versatility and options that you have for training are so much more than we ever think. So many times, we’re stuck in this traditional squat, bench, deadlift, linear movements. Being able to even make subtle tweaks to those makes a huge difference in how I felt after the workout. I was energized rather than floored after the workout, which is pretty much everything I want to give to my clients. I feel like most of us feel stuck in the industry, and knowing there is a place like this that is pushing the industry forward and actually having us break the mold of fitness and get our clients to move better in the process is phenomenal.

If you want to get your mind blown and have like 20 million things to take home, this is definitely an awesome workshop to take!
