Your 3D Movement Assessment and Consultation is the first step on your road to recovery. We start with a consultation and movement assessment to understand you, your history, your goals and what your body is able to do pain-free.

Recovery is personal - so we take your goals, current capabilities, mindset, nutrition habits and the time you have to dedicate to your recovery, to help us create a customized training plan.

I cannot believe how flexible I still am nor how strong I have become. I am 67 this year and feel physically and mentally healthy. Life, at my age, is about movement. Nothing comes easy or fast. The staff are friendly and quite good at engaging their clients socially. I especially like the effort by the staff to ensure that I am doing the exercises correctly and that I am pushing myself. I also like the peer support that comes from attending classes at regular times. It’s nice to have a group of peers to see and check in with regularly.
