I'm CJ Kobliska
I have been coaching movement for just over a decade--to kids, to adults, and to humans who are just looking to have a good time moving hitting new thresholds of training. In high school, I started coaching youth athletes in a mix of different sports and recognized my gift to teach, share, and communicate capacities for skill and strength development.
In college, I fell in love with the art of movement and started diving deeper into the experience of motion--shifting intent from building muscle through traditional strength protocols to exploring the depths of what it felt like to move through emotions, thoughts, and spirals. I received my BS in Kinesiology at Cal Poly SLO, chose to certify in FAFS, FMR, CAFS, and 3DMAPS at the Gray Institute, and honed in on more movement principles, strategies, and training techniques through WeckMethod and NSCA's CSCS program.
Each of these learning opportunities has set me up to find success with a wide range of athletes--whether it be relieving acute & chronic joint pains, making gains in performance like speed, strength, power & agility, or someone desiring to connect on a deeper level with their body & movement, I know I can provide value and help build a bridge to where someone wants to be.
I have been with Gymnazo as a Movement Practitioner and Director of Programming since 2014, and I am currently creating programs and courses with Gymnazo Edu that are revolutionizing the ways we coach, train, and connect with our community.
