Dive into our immersive 2-day workshop, where you'll learn to create exercises that mimic real-life actions, tailor workouts to individual needs, and apply the newest functional training tools to transform your clients' movement patterns!
Who is this workshop for?
This workshop is for coaches looking for sustainable strategies to serve their clients. They know that fitness isn't one size fits all and want to intelligently customize exercises to meet client capabilities and needs. They want to have the "tools" to progress the aging athlete.
If this is you, you may be struggling with any of these:
- communicating the "why" behind your exercise selection
- programming rehab exercises that are supposed to help, but don't
- wanting to learn more but not knowing what continued education to take next
- spending quite a bit of time on programming
- wanting to make more $ but also want to work less
- feeling alone on your training journey
Workshop Takeaways
By the end of the two day workshop, each attendee will walk away:

What Former Attendees Are Saying:

Rebecca
“My biggest takeaway this weekend besides just the many options of ways that we can move is that it's really important to have a systematized approach to how you approach your clients and their programming and their functionality, so that you can really make the most out of their sessions and keep them with you forever.”

Ryan
“We're leaving an experience that is going to be life-changing. We're going to look at our businesses through a new lens, the people we've met here and the information and knowledge we're taking away is truly transformational and I'm really thankful. It was a lot of fun!”

Devin
“Break the mold of fitness. We have this rigid idea of how we need to train things, both with athletes and our general population and this [workshop] just taught me that movement is pretty much anything you can imagine. And if you're paying attention to the principles and going back to those, the world is your oyster and the world is a playground”
